Clifton

A Great Morning up at Clifton today i set up for Tree Sparrows, some about but none caught. As i walked down the lane the 2 ploughed fields were alive with wagtails, counted over 40 Pied Wagtail and 3 Grey Wagtails.

So i set up for Pied Wagtail and caught 3 as well as Starlings, chaffinch, greenfinch and one lone Meadow Pipit.

Other birds about were 60 + Lapwing

Green Woodpecker

27 Linnets

16 Goldfinch

4 Robins all singing at once

8 Swallows

2 House Martins
