I met up with Kev and Chris yesterday evening at the Cormorant colony, we had decided to go for it as the weather was going to chance to wind and rain for the rest of the week good decision, as i type it is pouring down.
58 Cormorant pulli ringed and colour rings fitted, We started colour ringing them last year and have had some great controls back on them already. Kev has done a great map on our Cormorant movements

Another visit will be made in a few weeks as we still have birds on eggs and with small young.
Yesterday i also ringed a brood of 4 Pied Wagtails and a nice Hooded Crow in the garden
with 2 More Herring Gulls colour ringed as well.
