The weather has been terrible so I've been doing a bit of photography and ring reading.
On Friday i was down at Port Mooar again and noticed Rock Pipit Blue/Yellow
this bird was ringed at Port Mooar on the 23/11/2010
then a Pied Wagtail flew close to the car and i noticed a ring on it, a few shots later and
it was L807647 a bird i had caught in my garden on19/12/2010
Then in Ramsey i noticed an Oystercatcher and got the details from that ring
FA99928 not a Manx ringing group ring
Today at the Point of Ayre 3 Adult Whoopers with 6 juvenile birds 1 bird showing ring number

i have emailed Kane from WWT for details
also yesterday out with Brian Liggins at the point of Ayre and he found a Little Auk well the Auk
found him flew right in off the sea and landed right in front of him
