A visit to Mrs Youngs garden near Ginger Hall this morning with Kev. Les had introduced me to Mrs Young the other week and we had spent a good 30 Min's looking at the feeders in the back garden, good numbers of Lesser Redpoll, Siskin, Goldfinch and Chaffinch had been seen.
Today a very busy few hours with 80 new birds ringed mainly Blue Tits and Gt Tits.
Other birds ringed Chaffinch, Goldfinch, Coal Tit, Long tailed Tit, Siskin and House Sparrow.
No Lesser Redpolls today but
Great Views of a Female Gt Spotted Woodpecker.
