Lovely Plovers

A quick trip down to Long Reef today was rather quiet (only Red-necked Stints, a Ruddy Turnstone, and Double-banded Plovers were around), but I was very happy seeing the plovers in full breeding plumage, just before heading back to New Zealand. I was also happy because I got quite a few photos which have significantly improved the quality of my wader photos (ie: better than little brown dots on the screen!)
